Today, people all over the world use the Workiva platform to seamlessly orchestrate data among their systems and applications for transparent and trusted connected reporting and compliance.

My Contribution

I identified UI issues and proposed design recommendations for the Sales Team

I used user reserach from newsletters and direct meeting to understand users’ needs which led to proposed design recommendations that were launched on Workramp (LMS) system and internal Sales Materials.

I met with stakeholders regularly and presented my design proposals on a weekly basis (or more)

I incorporated feedback I received in my designs to reflect the needs of the users.

I advocated for user needs within the Sales Team organization

I provided edge use cases during stakeholder meetings and advocated users needs with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales team to craft a better learning experience for sellers

Principles of Pursuit Reimagined

Reimagining the Principles of Pursuit, a crucial seller guide given to every Workiva sales team, so that sellers can properly use it as originally intended

Battlecard Designs

Transforming and redesigning solution battlecards for sellers so that they sellers can use them and go

Sales Enablement Logos

Designing new logos for the rebranded Sales Enablement team

Wheel Diagram

Switching out the same old document overloaded with information for an interactive wheel diagram.
